"This is a nice heavy umbrella. When we opened it up we noticed a support arm with a dent in it. We don’t know if it was shipped that way or it happened in shipping. That’s the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. We already threw the box away and it’s heavy or we would return it."

The first one we ordered one of the support arms were bent. Customer service responded to my review and within 3 days we had a new one. We would definitely use this company again!
